Mobility Colloquium

Mobility Colloquium

 col·lo·qui·um (kə-lō'kwē-əm)
  1. An informal meeting for the exchange of views.
  2. An academic seminar on a broad field of study, usually led by a different lecturer at each meeting.

UTCM hosts this casual, lunchtime seminar series presenting a variety of speakers from transportation and related disciplines such as architecture, agriculture and public policy, discussing topical research issues in mobility. Graduate and undergraduates will widen their knowledge of transportation issues and professionals, while researchers can connect with interdisciplinary colleagues. Colloquia are offered several times throughout the year from 12 - 1 p.m. in TTI's Gilchrist Building (map).

Videoconferencing

Polycom units are reserved in TTI Urban Offices for each Mobility Colloquium. Each presentation is also recorded and streaming video is posted a few days after each presentation.
