What We Do
UTCM facilitates mobility enhancement through competitive funding of programs in Research, Education, and Technology Transfer.
The four research focus areas of the UTCM are:
- Coast-to-coast, border-to-border mobility
- Rural public transportation
- Congestion management and mitigation, and
- Innovative financing
We encourage innovative proposals for new education programs including new courses, certifications and degree programs. Technology transfer projects may include local, state, regional or national conferences, as well as other innovative methods to disseminate research results to the transportation community. Outreach programs or other workforce development projects are also encouraged.
